The family apartment offered ample space and key amenities like a kitchenette and large windows, making it a delightful base. Breakfast was a highlight with a variety of fresh fruits and coffee options, allowing for a filling start to the day. However, navigating the hotel was frustrating due to poorly labeled rooms, and the parking areas can be quite cramped. Additionally, noise from upstairs guests disrupted our evenings, indicating a need for better sound insulation.

I stayed in a Triple Room for 2 nights. The beds were pretty hard, and I had a hard time getting comfortable. The layout was a bit confusing, with winding corridors to the room. The kitchenette felt unnecessary since I didn't use it. Overall, the room seemed clean, but it had a weird smell that was distracting. Wi-Fi in the room was spotty, so I had to go to the lobby to connect properly. Would have liked more attention to room details.

The hotel was a great base for our adventures, especially visiting the famous Palladio's Villa and the stunning Teatro Olimpico. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options every morning. Just a heads-up, the barista at breakfast serves amazing coffee, so don't hesitate to ask! Overall, the place was clean and comfy, making it perfect for our trip.
On the downside, our room wasn't cleaned on the second night, and we had to fetch our own towels from the front desk late at night. It was a little inconvenient, but they handled it well and offered us a nice gesture when we checked out.

perfectly situated for weekend strolls and dining experiences
The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of delicious options, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout my stay while I appreciated how easy it was to stroll over to nearby landmarks like the beautiful Basilica Palladiana and enjoy the views from the gardens at Santuario della Madonna di Monte Berico, making the location truly ideal for exploring the city on foot. however, the room could have used a bit more charm.

Inconsistent air conditioning!!! Noise disturbances from adjacent rooms are quite bothersome!!! The hotel could greatly benefit from clearer communication about amenities—better structured information would help enhance guest experiences!!!

Great stay with friendly staff!
I stayed for 2 nights and really liked how helpful the staff were. My room was nice and clean, and I loved the breakfast selection—so many pastries! Only thing was, it was tricky to find my way around the hotel. The restaurant had some good choices too. Overall, decent experience!

Our family had a fantastic stay with a great breakfast spread and a lovely pool, although the access hours were a bit tricky for early risers like us. The room did look different from the photos, lacking some of the advertised amenities, but we enjoyed the modern décor and spacious feel. I'd definitely consider staying here again!
